2 - Professional Facilitation of Learning (BSZ407A)

Overview
This program builds on the pre-requisite learning and assessment program Train the Trainer: Workplace Training. It provides participants with the tools and techniques of the art of facilitation. It focuses on the role and skills of a facilitator, facilitative designs, processes and the development of effective group facilitation when facilitating training sessions as part of a training program.
Individuals will have the opportunity to facilitate their own training session to the group, be videotaped and obtain written and verbal feedback from the faciliator and the group participants.

Learning outcomes
- Identify and confirm training needs
- Prepare a structured training session plan
- Present training sessions that met the needs of the learners and the competency requirements

- Review the effectiveness of training
