3 - Developing Workplace Training Programs (BSZ405A, BSZ406A)

Overview
This learning and assessment program provides participants with the skills and knowledge to plan, develop and implement a training program for a target group. This involves the identification of competencies of a target group, planning a series of training sessions to meet the identified competency requirements of the target group and the promotion of appropriate training strategies.
