Overview
An important aspect of any formal structured learning experience is evaluating its quality and validity from the perspective of the learner, trainer and the organisation. Program evaluation is a vital and necessary trainer competency. This learning and assessment program examines the key management issues of measurement, appraisal, a methodology for evaluating and reporting on the benefits and effectiveness of training programs and the strategic approaches to training.
