4 - Workplace Assessment (BSZ401A, BSZ402A, BSZ403A)

Overview
This program equips participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct assessments in the context of either a training program or competency assessment in the workplace. Participants will be provided with the competencies to: determine valid, reliable, current and authentic evidence requirements; develop assessment tools; select appropriate assessment methods; conduct and review assessment in a specific workplace context.
This learning and assessment program which includes, Plan Assessment BSZ401A, Conduct Assessment BSZ402A and Review Assessment BSZ403A, is the minimum requirement for people who are conducting assessments for the purpose of a qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).Who will benefit?
