Overview:
A Frontline Manager has an active role in fostering change and acting as a catalyst in the implementation of change and innovation. They have a creative role in ensuring that individuals, the team and the organisation gain from change; and the customer benefits through improved products and services. This program covers change and innovation and introduces a range of tools for managing these processes in organisations.
Who will benefit?
This program will benefit any member of an organisation including first level managers, supervisors and team leaders who have an active involvement in planning, implementing, managing organisational change and encouraging innovation.
