Overview
Frontline Management has an important leadership role in the development of the organisation. This will be most evident in the manner in which individuals conduct themselves, the initiative that they take in influencing others and the way they manage their responsibilities. Frontline Management is also responsible for managing their own performance and professional development within the context of the organisation.
