Overview
Frontline Managers are actively engaged in planning, implementing, monitoring and recording performance to achieve the business plans of the team/organisation.
This key role is carried out to ensure goods and services are supplied to customer satisfaction within the organisation's productivity and profitability plans. This program looks at the key aspects of managing the different resources of the business and how operational planning fits into the business plan.
Frontline Managers are also important creators and managers of information. Their competency in identifying, acquiring, analysing and using appropriate information plays a significant part in the efficiency and effectiveness of the individual's/team's/organisation's performance.
Who will benefit?
Specifically designed for first level managers, team leaders, supervisors or any member of an organisation who is responsible for managing operations and information within the organisation.
