Overview

Frontline management plays an important role in developing and maintaining effective, positive working relationships in internal and external environments so that customers, suppliers and the organisation achieve outputs/outcomes.

Working with teams and groups is a large part of the Frontline Managers' daily activities. They have a key role in leading, participating in, facilitating and empowering work teams/groups within the context of the organisation. They play a prominent part in motivating, mentoring, coaching and developing team members and in achieving team cohesion.

Who will benefit?

Any member of an organisation including first level managers, team leaders, coordinators and supervisors who have an active involvement in managing people and empowering work teams.
